Delivery In Australia
Free standard delivery on all orders $99 and over within Australia. All orders under $99 will be charged a flat fee of $10. Australian and International orders ship from our distribution centre in Marrickville, Australia using the Shippit smart delivery service. Orders will be despatched on the next working day. Please take care to ensure your full address is listed to avoid any delays.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off
We suggest placing your order with Express Post to ensure it arrives before Christmas day, below we have created a cut-off guide to assist you with your online purchase.
NT & TAS: 14th December (Express Post)
PER & ADL: 17th December (Express Post)
Regional Hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong) : 18th December (Express Post)
SYD & MEL Metro: 19th December (Express Post)
* Standard delivery is still available for Sydney and Melbourne metro areas however we cannot guarantee delivery before the 22nd of December. Please contact us at customercare@academybrand.com if you have any questions regarding Christmas delivery times.

Standard Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please. Once despatched, we estimate delivery times of:
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days
Adelaide: 2-4 business days
Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-7 business days
Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery
Please note during sale/promotional periods processing time can take up to 2 business days. The Academy Brand holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.

Express Post
We offer an Express Post next day delivery at a flat rate of $15 per order. Please note Express orders will be shipped the next working day after your order is placed. If your item is for an address outside of the Express Post Network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it wont be covered by the Next Day Gaurantee.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
All orders shipped to a PO Box or Parcel Locker will be shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express.

International Shipping
We ship Internationally via eParcel International Express (AusPost) and DHL Ecommerce, The Academy Brand will determine the most reliable and efficient delivery service for you. If your destination is unavailable at checkout please contact us at customercare@academybrand.com.
All International orders will be charged a flat rate of $15.
Once despatched, we estimate delivery times of:
New Zealand- 3-5 working days
USA/Canada 7-12 working days.
UK 5-7 working days.
Europe 7-12 working days
Asia 3-5 working days
Please note the above times are based upon Metro Areas, Rural locations may take longer.

eParcel International Express is an Australia Post service, via our shipping agent Shippit you will receive complete tracking of your parcel. Please email hello@shippit.com or customercare@academybrand.com if you encounter any issues.
DHL eCommerce is trackable via the DHL Portal, please note once your parcel arrives at the destination country DHL will hand this over to the Local Postal Service for delivery. You can track this shipment by using your DHL Tracking ID. Place this into the online tracking portal of your local postal service.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. The Academy Brand holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.

What is the Shippit Smart Delivery Service?
We care about customer service, thats why we have chosen Shippit to delivery your purchase. Shippit will notify you of progress made throughout your delivery so you know when to expect it. You can contact Shippit directly for any questions relating to the whereabouts of your purchase or if you need to update your shipping address or special instructions (eg. you won’t be home to receive your item) once its left our distribution centre.
